§96‑26.  Cooperation of towns, townships, and counties with Division.

It shall be lawful for thegoverning authorities of any municipality, county, township, or schoolcorporation in the State to enter into cooperative agreement with theEmployment Service Division  and to appropriate and expend the necessary moneyupon such conditions as may be approved by the Employment Service Division andto permit the use of public property for the joint establishment andmaintenance of such offices as may be mutually agreed upon, and which willfurther the purpose of this Article.
