§97‑32.  Refusal of injured employee to accept suitable employment assuspending compensation.

If an injured employee refusesemployment procured for him  suitable to his capacity he shall not be entitledto any compensation at any time during the continuance of such refusal, unlessin the opinion of the Industrial Commission such refusal was justified. (1929,c. 120, s. 32.)
