CHAPTER 23-09.2FOOD PREPARER EDUCATION23-09.2-01. Definitions. As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires:1."Department" means the state department of health.2."Food preparer" means any person who manufactures, processes, sells, handles, or<br>stores food and who is not required to obtain a license from the department under<br>chapter 19-02.1, 23-09, or 23-09.1.3.Any term used in this chapter has the same meaning as when used in a comparable<br>context in chapters 19-02.1, 23-09, and 23-09.1.23-09.2-02.Rules.The department may adopt rules regarding education of foodpreparers.23-09.2-03.
