3125.191 Child support operating fund.

There is hereby created in the state treasury the child support operating fund, which is a state special revenue fund. The department of job and family services may deposit into the fund a portion of the federal incentives described in division (A) of section 3125.19 of the Revised Code and authorized by 42 U.S.C. 658a that are received by the department of job and family services from the United States department of health and human services. The department of job and family services may use money in the child support operating fund for program and administrative purposes associated with the program of child support enforcement authorized by section 3125.03 of the Revised Code.
