Statutes > South-dakota > Title-21 > Chapter-08 > Statute-21-8-321-8-3. Provisional writ abolished--Temporary restraining order and preliminary injunction substituted. The writ of injunction, as a provisional remedy, is abolished, and temporary restraining orders and preliminary injunctions by order are substituted therefor. A temporary restraining order or a preliminary injunction is obtained by order of the court.
