Statutes > South-dakota > Title-23a > Chapter-43 > Statute-23a-43-2723A-43-27. Exoneration of bail on commitment under sentence. When a defendant is committed pursuant to § 23A-26-12, the court shall exonerate his bail pursuant to § 23A-43-24.
