27A-1-8. Temporary endorsement effective through June 30, 1997. By January 1, 1995, a person functioning as a qualified mental health professional shall apply to the Department of Human Services for a temporary endorsement as a qualified mental health professional. The application shall include the person's name, address, and professional qualifications. A temporary endorsement is valid from July 1, 1995, to June 30, 1997. The department may not charge a fee for the temporary endorsement.
