27A-5-10. No charge against counties contributing to support of center--Reduced rate. If a county makes a contribution of at least one dollar per capita to the support of a mental health center in accordance with § 27A-5-9, no charge may be levied against the county for persons provided treatment by such mental health center until the cumulative total of such charges reaches seventy-five percent of the total county contribution. Thereafter, such county shall be charged at a rate of seventy-five percent of the rate at which it would normally be charged in accordance with the fee schedule prescribed by the Department of Human Services.
