27A-5-9. County and municipal contributions to mental health centers, clinics, and community support providers. The boards of county commissioners and the municipal governing bodies may contribute sums of money annually from their general fund to any mental health center, clinic, or community support provider approved by the Department of Human Services, or to each of such facilities, without regard to whether they are within or outside of their respective jurisdictions.
