Statutes > South-dakota > Title-27a > Chapter-12 > Statute-27a-12-3127A-12-31. Identity of patient protected in disclosing information--Disclosure limited by germaneness. If information is disclosed, the identity of the individual to whom it pertains shall be protected and may not be disclosed unless it is germane to the authorized purpose for which disclosure was sought.
