27A-15-6.1. Department's request for admission information to compile statistical data. An inpatient psychiatric facility providing inpatient psychiatric care to minors in South Dakota shall submit information requested by the department for the purpose of compiling statistical information regarding the admissions of minors.
The department shall promulgate rules pursuant to chapter 1-26 necessary to carry out the purpose of this section.
