Statutes > South-dakota > Title-29a > Chapter-01 > Statute-29a-1-10229A-1-102. Purposes--Rule of construction. This code shall be liberally construed and applied to promote simplification, clarification, and efficiency in the law of decedent's estates, guardianship and conservatorship, and multiple-party accounts and other nonprobate transfers. This code also includes §§ 55-3-31 to 55-3-38, inclusive.
