32-12A-33. Suspension or disqualification of license for false statement or representation. Any person who makes a false statement or representation, or knowingly fails to disclose a material fact in order to obtain a commercial driver license is guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor and is subject to at least a sixty-day suspension or disqualification of that person's license and privileges. Each false statement or representation or failure to disclose a material fact constitutes a separate offense.
