45-2-4.3. Expenses of survey--Information furnished to Governor--Vouchers and warrants. The state geologist is hereby authorized to create such expense, including equipment, men, materials, and all things necessary, or which may be considered necessary, in the carrying out of the provisions of this chapter in the making of said survey or surveys, including the cost of placing all information secured at the disposition of the Governor and the executive office, and as may be otherwise provided by law, for use in the advertising and development of the resources of said State of South Dakota.
These expenditures shall be paid out on warrants drawn by the state auditor on vouchers approved by the state geologist.
