46A-9-6. Organization within territorial boundaries of another district. Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to prevent the organization of a water user district hereunder within, or partly within, the territorial boundaries of another district organized hereunder, or of an irrigation district organized under the provisions of chapter 46A-4, so long as the works or systems, the operations of the same, the exercise of powers and the assumptions of duties and responsibilities hereunder, of or on the part of one such district, do not nullify, conflict with, or materially affect those of or on the part of another such district.
