Statutes > South-dakota > Title-46a > Chapter-13 > Statute-46a-13-1646A-13-16. Estimation of total cost of construction of proposed improvement of interstate drainage project. In estimating the probable total cost of the construction of such improvement, all damages resulting therefrom and all expenses and fees attending the same, including counsel fees, except the expenses of the representatives of the various states, may be included.
