Statutes > South-dakota > Title-46a > Chapter-14 > Statute-46a-14-8846A-14-88. Dissolution of district--Federal project certified infeasible--Effective date of dissolution. If the members of the conservation commission choose to approve a district dissolution, the dissolution shall be effective thirty days from the date of the commission meeting.
