5-18B-16. Unemployment compensation. Each purchasing agency, on entering into a contract for a public improvement, shall provide in the contract that the contractor is required to pay the Department of Labor of South Dakota all contributions and interest due under the provisions of chapter 61-5, on wages paid to individuals employed in performance of the contract.
