Statutes > South-dakota > Title-50 > Chapter-04 > Statute-50-4-150-4-1. Duties of Transportation Commission. The Transportation Commission shall assist in the development of aviation and aviation facilities within the state for the purpose of safeguarding the interests of those engaged in all phases of the industry and of the general public, and promoting aeronautics.
