Statutes > South-dakota > Title-50 > Chapter-04 > Statute-50-4-1550-4-15. Funds appropriated by § 50-4-14 not a limit. The funds appropriated by § 50-4-14 may not be construed to be a limitation on moneys expendable by the commission for the purposes therein specified, notwithstanding other and further appropriations from the state general fund for said or similar purposes.
