Statutes > South-dakota > Title-58 > Chapter-06 > Statute-58-6-1758-6-17. Name tending to deceive or mislead as to type of organization of insurer prohibited. No insurer shall be authorized to transact insurance in this state which has or uses a name which tends to deceive or mislead as to the type of organization of the insurer.
