Statutes > South-dakota > Title-62 > Chapter-01 > Statute-62-1-662-1-6. Conservation officers acting as law enforcement officers. For the purpose of workers' compensation coverage, any conservation officer while performing any act ordinarily considered a law enforcement officer's duty shall be deemed to be acting in the course of the officer's employment.
