31A-42a-102 (Effective 01/01/13). Definitions.
As used in this chapter:
(1) "Board" means the Utah Statewide Risk Adjuster Board created in Section31A-42a-201.
(2) "Carrier" has the same meaning as defined in Section 31A-30-103.
