20A-11-1001 (Superseded 01/01/11). Blanks for statements prepared and furnishedby chief election officer.
The chief election officer shall:
(1) develop and prepare forms for all statements required by this chapter; and
(2) provide copies of the forms to the secretary of every committee, to every candidate,and to all others who request them.
