56-1-35. Cabooses and locomotives -- Safety, health, and comfort rules for --Issuance by commission.
The Public Service Commission shall issue general or special orders, rules, regulations, orotherwise; establishing minimum safety, health and comfort for railroad cabooses andlocomotives.
