61-2f-301. Reporting requirements.
A licensee shall notify the division of the following by sending the division a signedstatement within 10 business days of:
(1) (a) a conviction of a criminal offense;
(b) the entry of a plea in abeyance to a criminal offense; or
(c) the potential resolution of a criminal case by:
(i) a diversion agreement; or
(ii) another agreement under which a criminal charge is held in suspense for a period oftime;
(2) filing a personal or brokerage bankruptcy;
(3) the suspension, revocation, surrender, cancellation, or denial of a license orregistration of the licensee that is necessary to engage in an occupation or profession, regardlessof whether the license or registration is issued by this state or another jurisdiction; or
(4) the entry of a cease and desist order or a temporary or permanent injunction:
(a) against the licensee by a court or administrative agency; and
(b) on the basis of:
(i) conduct or a practice involving the business of real estate; or
(ii) conduct involving fraud, misrepresentation, or deceit.
