Statutes > Washington > Title-88 > 88-02 > 88-02-655Allocation of funds under RCW 88.02.650 to counties — Deposit to account for boating safety programs. (Effective July 1, 2011.)
Jurisdictions receiving funds under RCW 88.02.650 shall deposit the funds into an account dedicated solely for supporting the jurisdiction's boating safety programs. These funds may not replace existing local funds used for boating safety programs.
