20.495 University of Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics Board. There is appropriated to the University of Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics Board for the following program:

(g) General program operations. All moneys received from the University of Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics Authority under any contractual services agreement entered into under s. 233.04 (4) or (4m), for general program operations of the University of Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics Board.
