25.774 Critical access hospital assessment fund.25.774(1)
(1) There is established a separate nonlapsible trust fund designated as the critical access hospital assessment fund, to consist of all moneys received under s. 50.38 (2) (b) from assessments on critical access hospitals and all moneys recouped and deposited under s. 50.38 (6m) (a) 3.25.774 - ANNOT.
