SUBCHAPTER IICONGRESSIONAL DISTRICTS
3.11 First congressional district. All of the following territory constitutes the first congressional district:

(1) Whole counties. Kenosha County and Racine County.3.11(2)
(2) Milwaukee County. That part of Milwaukee County consisting of all of the following:3.11(2)(a)
(a) The villages of Greendale and Hales Corners.3.11(2)(b)
(b) The cities of Franklin, Greenfield, and Oak Creek.3.11(2)(c)
(c) That part of the city of West Allis comprising U.S. census tract 120100, block 2004.3.11(3)
(3) Rock County. That part of Rock County consisting of all of the following:3.11(3)(a)
(a) The towns of Bradford, Clinton, Harmony, Johnstown, La Prairie, Lima, and Milton.3.11(3)(b)
(b) That part of the town of Janesville comprising ward 6.3.11(3)(c)
(c) That part of the town of Turtle comprising ward 2 and that part of the town of Turtle comprising U.S. census tract 2602, blocks 1022, 1023, 1024, 2000, 2001, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2008, 2009, 2028, 2051, 2052, 2053, 2054, 2055, 2056, 2057, and 2058.3.11(3)(d)

(c) That part of the village of Genoa City located in the county.3.11(4)(d)

(e) The cities of Delavan, Elkhorn, and Lake Geneva.3.11(4)(f)
