CHAPTER 4 - INTERSTATE MINING COMPACT

 

30-4-101. Authorization to join compact.

 

Thegovernor of the state of Wyoming is authorized for and in the name of the stateof Wyoming to join with the other states with mutual interests in the field ofmining in the interstate mining compact commission.

 

30-4-102. Representation in the compact.

 

The governor shall represent the state ofWyoming in the compact commission and shall perform for the state all of thepowers and duties with respect thereto. If the governor designates a person torepresent the state, that person shall take the oath of office prescribed bythe constitution and shall file it with the secretary of state.
