28-7097. Before condition; market value change In acquiring property for transportation purposes pursuant to this article, when determining the market value of the property to be taken and the market value of the remainder, if any, in the before condition, a decrease or increase in the market value of the real property before the date of valuation caused by the public project for which the property is to be acquired or by the likelihood that the property would be acquired for the project shall be disregarded. |
