32-747.01. Restricted financial services; requirements

Except as provided in section 32-725, subsection G, an individual who holds a certificate issued by the board to practice as a certified public accountant or a public accountant may provide restricted financial services only if the individual provides restricted financial services through a firm registered pursuant to this chapter.
