48-658. Resolution authorizing issuance of bonds

When no objections against the proposed refunding bonds have been filed or made at the hearing, or when all objections filed have been heard and considered, and found by the governing body to be insufficient, then the governing body shall have immediate authority to authorize, by resolution, issuance of the proposed refunding bonds as proposed in the resolution of intention. The resolution need not describe the proposed bonds nor give details for the issuance thereof, but may refer to the resolution of intention therefor.
