HEALTH AND SAFETY CODE
SECTION 11840




11840.  Each county shall provide matching funds for programs and
services provided by the county under this part, except as follows:
   (a) State hospital alcohol and other drug programs shall be funded
on the basis of 85 percent state funds and 15 percent county funds.
   (b) The cost of state hospital services in counties with a
population of 100,000 or less shall be financed on the basis of 90
percent state funds and 10 percent county funds.
