PUBLIC UTILITIES CODE
SECTION 70020-70022 



70020.  The County of Marin may organize and incorporate as the
Marin County Transit District.



70021.  The request for the formation of the Marin County Transit
District may be made by resolution or by petition as set out in this
chapter.


70022.  The district may include incorporated or unincorporated
territory within the County of Marin.
