(745 ILCS 22/10) Sec. 10. Immunity. A federal law enforcement officer while acting as a peace officer under Section 2‑13 of the Criminal Code of 1961 is not liable for his or her act or omission in the execution or enforcement of any law unless the act or omission constitutes wilful and wanton conduct.
