502.604A LIMITED LAW ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITY. The administrator or the administrator's designee, when carrying out the provisions of section 502.603 or 502.604, may develop, share, and receive information related to any law enforcement purpose, including any criminal investigation. The administrator or designee shall not have the authority to issue criminal subpoenas or make arrests. The administrator or designee shall not be considered a peace officer, including as provided in chapter 801.
