Chapter 34.--GRAIN AND FORAGE
Article 2.--INSPECTING, SAMPLING, STORING, WEIGHING AND GRADING GRAIN; TERMINAL AND LOCAL WAREHOUSES

      34-243.   Definition of nonnegotiable receipt.A receipt in which it is stated that the grain received will bedelivered to the depositors or to any other specified person is anonnegotiable receipt.
