Chapter 34.--GRAIN AND FORAGE Article 2.--INSPECTING, SAMPLING, STORING, WEIGHING AND GRADING GRAIN; TERMINAL AND LOCAL WAREHOUSES

34-244. Definition of negotiable receipt.A receipt in which it is stated that the grain received will bedelivered to the bearer, or to the order of any person named in suchreceipt, is a negotiable receipt. No provision shall be inserted in anegotiable receipt that will make it nonnegotiable. Such provisions, ifinserted, shall be void.
