Chapter 34.--GRAIN AND FORAGE
Article 2.--INSPECTING, SAMPLING, STORING, WEIGHING AND GRADING GRAIN; TERMINAL AND LOCAL WAREHOUSES

      34-268.   How lien may be lost.A warehouseman loses his lien upon grain: (a) By surrendering possessionthereof, or (b) by refusing to deliver the grain when a demand is made withwhich he is bound to comply with the provisions of this act.
