7A.160 Use of existing studies, surveys, plans, and data.
The board may make use of existing studies, surveys, plans, data, and other materials in <br>the possession of any state agency. Upon request by the board, an agency shall make these <br>materials available to the board so that the board may have current information on the <br>capital plans and programs of the agency.
