27A.010 Executive head of Court of Justice.
In accordance with Section 110(5)(b) of the Constitution of Kentucky, the Chief Justice <br>of the Commonwealth shall be the executive head of the Court of Justice and shall <br>appoint such administrative assistants as he deems necessary.
