35.065 Delivery of offender to civil authorities. (1) Under such regulations as may be issued pursuant to this chapter, a subject person accused of an offense against civil authority may be delivered, upon request, to the <br>civil authority for trial. (2) When delivery under this chapter is made to any civil authority of a person undergoing sentence of a court-martial, such delivery shall be held to interrupt the <br>execution of the sentence of the court-martial, and the offender, after having <br>answered to the civil authorities for his offense, shall, upon the request of the <br>adjutant general, be returned to military custody for the completion of the said <br>court-martial sentence. History: Amended 1970 Ky. Acts ch. 56, sec. 9. -- Created 1954 Ky. Acts ch. 99, sec. 12, effective July 1, 1954.
