44.080 Sessions of board -- Rules -- Subpoenas -- Oaths. The board shall hold regular sessions at Frankfort, Kentucky, in January, May and <br>September, beginning on a day to be fixed by the board, and such special sessions at such <br>places as it deems necessary to expedite the business of the board. The board shall <br>establish rules for its government and for the regulation of the method of pleading and <br>practice before it. Any member thereof may subpoena witnesses, administer or cause to <br>be administered oaths. History: Amended 1948 Ky. Acts ch. 193, sec. 1. -- Created 1946 Ky. Acts ch. 189, sec. 5. Formerly codified as KRS 176.300.
