76.264 Operating and maintenance costs of subdistrict system, how paid.
Sewer and drainage systems or both constructed by construction subdistricts shall be <br>operated and maintained by the district and payment for the actual cost, including <br>overhead and administrative costs, shall be paid by the districts from funds of the <br>construction subdistricts. Where sewer system constructed by construction subdistricts <br>are connected to the district facilities an equitable proportionate charge for treatment of <br>sewage at the district sewage treatment plant or plants shall also be transferred from the <br>accounts of the construction subdistrict to the district.
