147.110 Use of federal funds and state planning funds. Department heads and cabinet secretaries may accept any funds provided by the United <br>States government or any agency thereof for the purposes defined in KRS 147.070 to <br>147.100. The state planning committee may allocate funds appropriated to the state <br>planning fund to agencies for the purpose of matching federal funds which may be <br>available for planning purposes. History: Amended 1974 Ky. Acts ch. 190, sec. 2. -- Recodified 1942 Ky. Acts ch. 208, sec. 1, effective October 1, 1942, from Ky. Stat. sec. 1992c-6.
