An application for registration or renewal of registration must be accompanied by a fee in <br>the following amount: <br>(1) An initial application for registration fee determined by the office, not to exceed three hundred dollars (&#36;300); (2) An annual renewal fee determined by the office, not to exceed three hundred dollars (&#36;300); or (3) An application for registration fee based upon certification of registration or licensure issued by another state determined by the office, not to exceed two <br>hundred fifty dollars (&#36;250). Effective: July 15, 2010 <br>History: Amended 2010 Ky. Acts ch. 24, sec. 219, effective July 15, 2010. -- Created 2003 Ky. Acts ch. 172, sec. 8, effective June 24, 2003.
