184.230 Lis pendens notices make liens effective. At the end of the thirty (30) day period following the notification of all property owners <br>of the assessment against their property, the attorney for the district, upon receiving <br>instructions so to do, shall file in the office of the county clerk a lis pendens notice <br>against each parcel of property the owner of which has entered into an agreement to pay <br>his assessment in installments or who has failed or refused either to pay his assessment in <br>cash or to enter into an agreement, and the lien hereinbefore created shall thereupon be <br>and become effective as against each parcel of property so affected. History: Created 1942 Ky. Acts ch. 65, sec. 23.
