Page 1 of 1 200.676 Construction of KRS 200.650 to 200.676. Nothing in KRS 200.650 to 200.676 shall be construed to permit the following: <br>(1) The reduction of local, state, or federal medical or other assistance available for infants and toddlers with disabilities and their families; (2) The alteration of eligibility under Title V of the Federal Social Security Act relating to maternal and child health; (3) The alteration of eligibility under Title XIX of the Federal Social Security Act relating to Medicaid for infants and toddlers with disabilities; or (4) The reduction of early intervention services provided by any state department or agency. Effective: July 15, 1994 <br>History: Created 1994 Ky. Acts ch. 313, sec. 14, effective July 15, 1994.
